Trevor brings experience in real estate finance with a specialty in investment and construction financing. He has additionally developed HR and recruiting solutions for Central Oregon businesses and in 2025 reached #3 in the nation out of 900 franchised offices. In 2025 he was recognized by Cascade Business News as an Accomplished Under 40 Award recipient for his contributions to the business community in Central Oregon.

His experience serves us well as he leads his team in building their skills and builds lasting client relationships on site.

Trevor moved to Central Oregon in 2019 after earning his degree in Economics from the University of Oregon.  An obsessive fly fisherman and outdoorsman,  he’s probably casting on the river right now, tying flies or writing for his fly fishing blog, The Redband Revival.
