Leaks don’t always come from above. Waterproofing a commercial building where the below grade waterproofing layer had degraded over time allowing moisture penetration into the building.

The project included trenching along the foundation, removing old waterproofing layer, applying new waterproof layer, painting siding for a clean look that did not require repainting the entire building exterior.
